To maximise yield and reduce costs compared to adjacent same sized site designed by a different Architect.
SOLVE:

Zoned for 24 apartments and 4 storeys. Achieved 36 apartments and 6 storeys.

Reduced costs through no sprinklers, pumps and tanks and single stair achieving a cost benefit of $450, 000 compared to adjacent site design.

'Design Excellence' achieved to obtain increased yield.
