Create a premium office building in the then new East Perth Commercial Precinct.
CHALLENGE:

Restraints of Design Guidelines to introduce ‘residential style’ palette but still using commercial building technologies.
SOLVE:

Dealt with the East Perth Redevelopment Authority to double the site yield inclusive of doubling the number of car bays.

For speed and efficiency, the project was built in tilt-up-slab construction but still conveyed 'residential style' palette.
