  • Skilful negotiation with Water Corp, able to create one 4-storey building of 4500m² built over the sewer.

  • Design items such as full height windows created light filled, attractive building resulting in building being immediately fully leased on completion.

  • One of the first buildings of its type in WA to achieve a rating above 4 stars ABGR.

  • Comprehensive accurate documentation provided close tendering, resulted in project coming below budget even in very overheated market.
