CHALLENGE:

  • Challenges with street access, setbacks, height, parking and high water table.

  • Narrow site of only 15.09m wide  to provide sufficient car parking for mixed use development and segregated entrances.

  • Site area in total only 759m².

 

SOLVE:

  • First successful approval of Mixed Use Development under Amendment 25 of South Perth Town Planning Scheme.

  • Achieved approval before gazetted.

  • Developed 48 car parking bays through skilful design of car stackers, segregated commercial from apartments. Successful negotiation with Council regarding egress.
