Strong Council pushback to require building to look more residential through use of standard residential design elements such as pitched roofs and exposed brick.
Contemporary design achieved satisfying all parties without the need for standard residential aesthetics.
A perfect blend of residential and commercial aspects to a building were achieved in one, through use of large skillion roofs, curved glass facades and feature aluminium awnings.
