IMAGINE: 

• To design a unique two storey building with a dental clinic on the Ground Floor and a residential apartment on the First Floor.

 

CHALLENGE:

• Strong Council pushback to require building to look more residential through use of standard residential design elements such as pitched roofs and exposed brick.

 

SOLVE:

• Contemporary design achieved satisfying all parties without the need for standard residential aesthetics.

• A perfect blend of residential and commercial aspects to a building were achieved in one, through use of large skillion roofs, curved glass facades and feature aluminium awnings.
