• Creating the Burswood Casino and Resort as the Premier destination venue.

 

CHALLENGE:

• The scope of works throughout the Resort Complex covered all areas of hospitality, overlaid with the constraints of limited budgets and very tight timelines. Mainly working adjacent to existing functioning spaces so maintaining operations and patron safety was paramount.

 

SOLVE:

• Worked with consultant team to deliver the new major ballroom and other conferencing facilities to budget and timeline to meet target of opening bookings for the venue.

• Other works included new Business Lounge, upgraded Executive and Presidential Suites, Private High Roller Gaming Rooms, new upgrades to Gaming Floor, refurbishments to existing restaurants and wine rooms, and created new retail spaces. All delivered to strict budgets and timelines to minimise downtime.

• Won competition for new High Rolling Gaming Room. Completed assessment of Casinos throughout Australia, then change of management to the Crown Casino.
