• Design efficiency with no long corridors through secure private lift entry straight into each apartment.

• Maximising privacy with no adjoining walls to each apartment.

• Extensive lifestyle area of 500m² incorporating barbecue facilities, swimming pool, spa, sauna, croquet green, petanque pitch and  tennis courts.
