IMAGINE: 

• Design proposal to create highest tower possible with 412 apartments and leading edge facilities for whole lifestyle precinct.

 

CHALLENGE:

• Design Precinct Guidelines set height limits as controlled by aircraft flight paths.

 

SOLVE:

• By challenging the Design Guidelines for Burswood Precinct and discussion with the Perth Airport realised an additional 6 levels of development.

• Efficient circular design minimised circulation areas for greater efficiency in reduced built area, and provided 360 degree views over the city and river.
