A project so successful that all 124 suites had been purchased before the documentation had been completed,

Masonic Care, Middle Swan WA reimagined aged care as a welcoming, resort-style living environment and the cornerstone of a landmark retirement and aged-care campus set within a village green and the semi-rural landscape of Middle Swan.

Moving beyond the institutional model, the design integrates the outdoors with leading-edge technology and a network of smaller, intimate communal spaces within a large, highly functional facility. Resident-focused accommodation ranges from single rooms to suites, complemented by a hairdresser, gym and café arranged around a colonnade leading to a future village green. Service-driven commercial operations and a bespoke resident experience are supported by a carefully selected palette of rural colours reflecting the materiality of the region.

The result is an AGED CARE development comprising a Multi-disciplinary Healthcare Centre.
