  • By strategic negotiation with the Council and Department of Planning, maximised commercial viability by changing Stage One from ‘Tourism’  into ‘Permanent Stay’.

  • 36 luxury apartments over three levels skilfully designed around the grove of mature tuart and jarrah trees.

  • Raised parking to avoid water table, providing privacy to apartments providing elevated views from extensive balconies.
