Richard has been in the architecture and construction industry for 28 years including Hong Kong and across Western Australia. He first worked in construction giving him exceptional technical knowledge and respect for trades on the ground.  Richard has a core belief in the need to create buildable, efficient and well-detailed architecture leading him to become expert in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows.  Richard has extensive experience in all aspects of architecture with key skills in Management, Detailed Design, Documentation and Contract Administration.
