CHALLENGE:

  • Client’s in-house team had reviewed development potential for site but underutilised the site. DMA engaged to review and capitalise on this unique site.

 

SOLVE:

  • DMA achieved the largest private DA approval by the City of Stirling achieved in one Council meeting.

  • Fastest DA approval for 69,500 m² of gross floor area.

  • Successful urbanised design solution by rationalising the road system with the incorporation of an internal connecting road to service the multiple towers.
